"Es una pareja de Cydamus celeripes, unica especie argentina toda negra excepto por cuello, corias y mancha ventral en la base del abdomen que son blanco-amarillentas, y las patas que son algo rojizas. Los adultos casi siempre tienen alas reducidas."
