Este pequeño grillo de cuerpo alargado, achatado y alas translúcidas, es muy difícil de ver por lo que es posible que esté sub-registrado.- Debido a su mimetismo y a que generalmente posa en el envés de las hojas, pasa desapercibido.- Estoy bastante seguro de haberlo oído en distintas partes del Uruguay, pero nunca lo había podido ver.
