Eulaema es un género de abejas euglosinas que se distribuyen por los Neotrópicos.
Son abejas de color marrón o negro robustas, de gran tamaño, peludas o aterciopeladas y, a menudo, con rayas amarillas o naranja, por lo general se asemejan a los abejorros. Carecen de colores metálicos, a diferencia de otros miembros de la tribu Euglossini.
