Oído un ejemplar perfectamente durante bastante tiempo, bastante de lejos del otro lado de la quebrada, pero bastante fuerte el canto. No se escucharon las notas introductorias diagnósticas de G. bolivianum ni se lo pudo observar, por lo que no fue posible diferenciar a G. bolivianum de G. brasilianum.
