Big Water Bug (Belostoma dilatatum)

En una canaleta con agua de lluvia, tres individuos. Determinada en base a Schnack (1976) con individuos colectados ya pisados en las veredas, hay otra especie similar. Se ve oscura en vida, más que las otras, tibias y tarsos anteriores amarillentos con bandas oscuras. Largo ca. 4,5 cm ancho 2 cm. Pelos cubren todo el borde de esternitos abdominales, primer segmento rostro menor que segundo.
