Omar M. Entiauspe-Neto : Locality is largely off-range for Chironius bicarinatus. It also lacks the characteristic white vertebral stripe of C. bicarinatus. I have a revision of C. bicarinatus under review in the moment, and am familiar with both species - this is certainly a C. maculoventris.
