Esta rara especie fue redescubierta para nuestro país, después de 47 años por Claudio Maders y Gastón Di Santo, Guardaparques provinciales de Misiones y por suerte la pude fotografiar en la Reserva Provincial Caa Yarí. La foto no es buena, pero fue una tremenda alegría poder obtenerla.
