Description: Very small; head and back blackish with white streaks; rufous back; ventral yellowish with dark grey streaks on the chest; black tail. Female more brownish.

Geographical Distribution: North of Misiones.

Habitat: Upper and middle strata in forests.

Behavior: Very active.
