-10/12/2022: HBW and BirdLife Taxonomic Checklist v7 stopped considering the Andean Rhea (Rhea tarapacensis) as a full species (unlike v6), nor do IOC v12.2 and Birds of the World 2022, so in EcoRegistros we began considering it as a subspecies of the Lesser Rhea (Rhea pennata).
