Hembra sobre flores de chilca de olor (Eupatorium inulaefolium). También recibe el nombre vulgar Saltarín Leonado. Se escucha de fondo un Piojito de Vientre Amarillo (Serpophaga subcristata) que vocaliza "chip chip cherip cherip chep".
