En el pastizal con ñandubay (Prosopis affinis) y espinillos (Vachellia astringens, V. caven) frente al predio de termas.
Otros nombres científicos de la Especie son Synargis axenus ochrophlegma y Ematurgina bifasciata. El individuo filmado concuerda con el tipo de Ematurgina ochrophlegma f. dissimilis, en coloración y forma.
