Grande. parado en un pastizal inundado con vegetación de aprox 50cm de altura.Una vez localizado,el ejemplar se desplazo lenta y horizontalmente con el pico en posición casi vertical (80 grados). La ubicación exacta del registro coincide con un avistamiento reciente de H.Schreiber (com. pers.)
