desde el 2010 a la fecha he registrado capturas de esta especie en el club pira pytá...las mismas fueron desde la costa...con aparejo de flote...con carnada blanca y a una profundidad de entre 15 y 25 cm de la superficie... generalmente a muy baja temperatura ambiente... predominando los meses de invierno invierno... y por lo general ...con agua limpia...
Calculo que la especie proliferó en las aguas represadas del Río Paraná por transporte avícola.no conozco estudios de esta especie en la zo
