Observé que cada macho iba junto a dos hembras. En esta foto, un macho encara para hechar a otro que se acerca a las hembras. Es de comportamiento promiscuo y tiene la característica notable por poseer, respecto a la longitud del cuerpo, el pene más largo de todos los vertebrados.
