Gregario (visto con 6 ejemplares más; ruidosos). Inconfundibles con cabeza negra y collar azulado, piernas rojas. Arboricola, visto alimentándose del fruto del paraíso (Melia azedarach), alimento exótico para un ave no oriunda de la zona.
